These are pictures from different photo walks alongside the Bridgewater Canal at Castlefield Locks and Salford Quays taken during Summer in Manchester. I read about how taking pictures in grayscale was useful in getting better-exposed pictures, and I experimented with different colour palettes.
The walkways on either side of Bridgewater canal are a haven for running enthusiasts and grafitti artists alike.
Manchester doesn't have many sunny days but the few sunny days are enjoyed by everyone with the Salford Quays filled with food stalls, ice cream vans and lounge chairs.
